I first heard about NLP as a means of managing stress and was keen to learn more about the subject. Despite having very little background understanding of psychology the practical guide meant I soon got to grips with the topic. Unlike other books on the subject this title frequently provided me with easy to follow exercises, meaning I could put the principles of NLP into practise for myself almost immediately.
