I first heard about NLP as a means of managing stress and was keen to learn more about the subject. Despite having very little background understanding of psychology the practical guide meant I soon got to grips with the topic. Unlike other books on the subject this title frequently provided me with easy to follow exercises, meaning I could put the principles of NLP into practise for myself almost immediately.

This is a fantastic little guide for when you need to see results with simple, easy to follow exercises. It gives interesting facts and background on the whole process and the psychology behind it, helping you to feel like you're making progress.
